The Grading System for Tibetan Lama Martial Art is aimed at improving speed, fitness and strength whilst learning the numerous techniques.

Beginner Yee Kung 1st Dan |
Incorporates the basic movements of Lama Martial Art. Also the first 'sets' or 'forms' known as Luk Lo Jung Sau. Parts 1 - 3 |
Beginner Yee Kung 2nd Dan |
Further expansion of basic movements. This also includes Leung Yee Bo, Sam Choi Bo and Luk Lo Jung Sau. Parts 4 - 6 |
Beginner Yee Kung 3rd Dan |
Again
further expansion on basic movements. As well as training with Yee
Pai, kicking skills and Keun Cho |
Intermediate Yan Lam 1st Dan |
The
Tibetan Lama Martial Artist, once proficient with the beginner stages
and gradings progresses to intermediate which will include Gung
Sau Fist, Bo Jin Fist, Gam Gong Fist and combat skills. |
Intermediate Yan Lam 2nd Dan |
Expands
on skills learnt in the 1st Dan and also includes Chut Dong Fist,
Lo Hon Fist, Luk Tong Fist and more combat skills. |
Intermediate Yan Lam 3rd Dan |
At
this stage the Lama Martial Artist also learns Bart Fart Fist, Kau
Da Fist, Sei Jong Yuen Hok Dau, Mui Fa Suen Dold and combat skills. |
Intermediate Yan Lam 4th Dan |
Gam Jong Fist, Chim Lung Pang and Combat Skills are added at this level. |
Intermediate Yan Lam 5th Dan |
The final stage of intermediate requires that the Tibetan Lama Martial Artist be very capable of all previous stages and must learn Yua Ji Bart Gik, Chung Wai Fist, Ji Mo Garp and combat skills. |

Advanced Levels are only taught on a one on one basis. |
